We really are spoilt for choice in The Cotswolds with a variety of wonderful cafes. We've selected just a handful where you can indulge yourselves...
The fabulous Lynwood & Co Cafe has three exceptional coffee shops in Burford, Fairford and Lechlade. They offer superb food and exquisite coffees. You can even buy one of their mugs to take away, although it's hard to recreate that wonderful coffee aroma back home! The staff are always friendly and it's a firm favourite for many Cotswold folk.
If you're looking for a shop front with a statement - look no further! The window display at the Broadway Deli is exceptional. This independent delicatessen and cafe in the heart of the town, attentively sources its produce from carefully chosen suppliers from around the world. It is always such a treat to visit!

Jack's on Black Jack Street in Cirencester has recently re-opened under new management and is a must-go-to-cafe. The menu is diverse and wonderful from delicious cakes to tasty brunch options. One of our favourites is the Free Range Scrambled Eggs with Wye Valley Hot Smoked Salmon! Serving food all day long with proper coffee, it's the ideal place to stop after browsing Cirencester's great boutiques.

Nestled in the heart of Minhchinhampton, The Kitchen is ideally located for treats after a walk around the common. The cakes are to die for and if you're lucky enough to sit in the bay window you can relax and watch the comings and goings of the village.

Jolly Nice Farmshop & Cafe, on the outskirts of Frampton Mansell, has recently been crowned The Best Rural Food Business 2018 and what a deserved accolade this is! Their values are "local, sustainable and exceptional" and this is exactly what you get. Delicious produce in a quirky and fabulous countryside location. Always a favourite around Christmas time with lovely bushy Christmas trees for sale and Santa's reindeers are even there for a meet and greet!

The Bakery On The Water is a small family run artisan bakery located in the heart of Bourton On The Water, by the River Windrush. Inside, the cafe is welcoming and cosy and the riverside garden is wonderful in the warmer months to sit and watch the hustle and bustle of this thriving Cotswold town.

Blockley Cafe, which is also a well stocked village shop, has something to please everyone. Fully licensed and serving delicious food all day long, the building was renovated in 2014 and was built with the help of the Big Lottery Fund, the Social Investment Business and fund raising by the community. The cafe and village shop is owned by a cooperative of 650+ villagers. Needless to say this cafe represents the heart of the village, a thriving community.
