As the nights draw in and October rolls into November, the smell of wood smoke and fireworks starts to drift through over The Cotswolds' countryside, as communities across the region are preparing for traditional bonfire nights. Whether you want a big spectacle or a cosy village affair, here are some events for 2025 that combine bonfires and fireworks or organised firework nights.

On Saturday 1 November 2025, you can witness The Cotswolds largest fireworks, light and laser display show. A stunning display all choreographed to music, light and laser effects, a fairground, food courts, monster truck rides, rides for children and more. Gates open in the afternoon so you can enjoy the full experience before the bonfire and main fireworks.
On Saturday 1 November 2025, the recreation ground hosts a bonfire plus fireworks, with gates opening early, stalls offering hot food and refreshments plus a community raffle. Entry is low cost, with wristbands available ahead to avoid queues, making it ideal for families wanting a relaxed, local village event.

On the 8th of November, this year's event is a firework and film spectacular. With gates opening at 5pm and the firework show starting at 7pm, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy food and drinks, have fun on the rides and entertainment at the family fun fair all before enjoying a spectacular fireworks show, all choreographed to iconic movie soundtracks. Plus all profits go to the running of Cheltenham Round Table and the local causes and charities they support.
Scheduled for Saturday 1 November 2025, with a stunning fireworks display set for this year, however with an eco-conscious mind, they will not be lighting a large bonfire, instead there will be plenty of smaller fire pits across the site. With family-friendly entertainment, food and drink stalls, and a relaxed setting suitable for people of all ages, this event isn't one to miss if you want a village style celebration with earlier start times to help families with younger children.

Taking place on Saturday 8 November 2025, this village style event features a traditional bonfire, professional fireworks display, warm food stalls, licensed bar, children-friendly disco and glow activities for youngsters. It is organised with a community fundraising purpose, offering a friendly family-friendly atmosphere in a small-village setting.
On Friday 7 November 2025, the event is set to open gates in the evening with a professional fireworks display, traditional bonfire, fairground rides, food & drink options including BBQ and pig roast, making it a popular community gathering with something for children and adults alike.

On Saturday 8 November 2025, the event opens from around 4pm, featuring a traditional bonfire lighting at followed by a full fireworks display at powered by Chase Fireworks, alongside BBQ, hot food, fairground rides, bar and music, with profits going to the local primary school and tickets strongly recommended in advance, kids under 3 also go free.

On Wednesday 5 November 2025, Gordon League Rugby Football Club hosts a large family-friendly bonfire night with a low-noise fireworks display for younger guests around 6:15pm, and later at around 8pm a full pyro-musical fireworks spectacular choreographed to hits, with funfair rides, food, laser light show and live DJ sets, tickets available in advance, however there is no parking or drop-off directly at the venue, so plan transport accordingly.
