The vast world of interior design is where a home’s personality truly comes to life. As lovers of all things home-related, we can’t help exploring the flourishing realm of interior design on Instagram, where people are proudly sharing their designs, from the colourful and flamboyant to minimalist chic. We’ve pulled together a collection of our favourite Instagram accounts with the best interiors inspiration from beautiful English homes and cottages.

Fox Cottage is the adorable name behind an 18th century cottage, renovated into a beautiful country home. Becca has been featured in the Evening Standard and Home Style Magazine for her contemporary take on a cosy cottage. We love her account for the harmonious balance between the clean, modern interiors and rustic elements that complement the original features of the cottage, such as the gorgeous wooden beams.

Just A Little Build by Sarah-Jane is a thoughtful mixture of expert interiors advice, serious coastal Cornish home inspiration and useful spots to pick up amazing interiors!

Sarah-Jane is a professional interior designer, working across a diverse portfolio of traditional and contemporary interiors. She also owns the accounts @leathousecornwall and @thegranarycornwall and often shares captures of these restored homes in Cornwall on her main feed. We particularly love the gorgeous designs within Leat House, a 200 year old property along the North coast of Cornwall which Sarah-Jane has restored to its former glory.

If you’re after an account that shares the most stylish, elegant and original homes from across The Cotswolds, then Cotswold Interior is the space for you! Exploring the countryside one beautiful room at a time, this account shows the unending creativity developing in the interiors space in The Cotswolds.

Beyond the amazing interiors, we also can’t resist bookmarking the wonderful places to stay that often pop up! A great account to follow if you’re looking for the most beautiful stays in The Cotswolds.

A picturesque cottage in the heart of Kingham Green, Little Nest Cottage has been meticulously designed by interior designer Rachel Winham. The home is a mixture of rustic charm and contemporary accents, perfectly in keeping with the architecture of the cottage.

The epitome of cottage cosiness, we love particularly love the lounge which is home to a deep sofa and oversized lounge chair surrounding the log burning stove. The luxury cottage is actually available for stays, and you can find out more here.

Tiff is an interiors lover, slowly doing up her lovely cottage in Suffolk. A fabulous account for innovative ways to renovate, refresh and shake things up in your home without the massive budgets that tend to go hand in hand! Everything Tiff curates to decorate her home feels considered and results in a gorgeous, eclectic, colourful aesthetic with a dash of vintage charm.

From warm tones and rustic textures to patterns galore sweeping the wallpaper, bedspreads, pillows and curtains, each element is perfectly introduced into her home in such an expert manner we can’t help but adore.

An expert in colour and injecting it into country homes, Caroline Borgman has made a name for herself for creating beautiful homes in the Cotswolds and beyond.

After renovating her Oxfordshire cottage, in 2010 Caroline won the Best Cottage Renovation in Period Living awards and that spurred her to launch her own Interior Design business where she can share her love of mixing colour, pattern and texture with old and new styles.

Caroline makes clashing patterns work and look ever so chic, and we love her account for inspiring us to be more playful with interiors!

We adore Camilla’s timeless interiors aesthetic infused with eclectic elegance. Beyond that, Camilla and her design studio don’t take aesthetic too far and seamlessly blend this into functionality in the home.

We love her account as it uniquely shares more that just inspiring, beautiful photos of homes she has designed. We also get a glimpse into the design process, from mood boarding to pieces she has curated or artwork that’s inspiring.

With pops of colour, from her amazing pink front door to an enviable collection of awesome dungarees, you truly get a sense of Vanessa’s passion for decorating and she inspires us to have fun with our interiors.

As you can probably tell from her photos, Vanessa is a lover of colour and paint, and cites the famous interior designer Sophie Robinson as a huge inspiration. For this reason, Vanessa is constantly redecorating meaning her home is a constantly changing work of art that we love to watch evolve!
