Jolly Nice Farm Shop, just outside Stroud, is well loved for its home-reared meats and indulgent ice creams, a stop here feels like a treat in itself, with a gorgeous cafe and bar where you can feast on lovely local delights.
Upton Smokery, near Burford, is another gem, famous for its smoked salmon and meats, which make for a perfect harvest table centrepiece.
Broadway Deli, based in the historic St. Patrick's building in the centre of Broadway opposite the Lygon Arms, is a mainstay in the area as the go-to independent delicatessen for seasonal fruit, veg, bakes and plenty more. It's also got a lovely cafe on site for delicious brunch.
