Church House, Sapperton

East Barn, Tarlton

Superbly situated, East Barn is a superb village house within close proximity to Kemble and its direct train service to London Paddington, making it ideal for London commutes or as a weekend bolt hole when needing to escape the big smoke. Located down a quiet no through road in the village, this is a comfortable home with charm, character and bright and light rooms throughout.

Tarlton is a pretty Cotswold village surrounded by stunning countryside with fabulous walks on the doorstep. Tetbury with its antique shops, Highgrove shop and lovely cafes is a short drive away, and Westonbirt Arboretum a few miles on is a feast for the eyes throughout the seasons.

Pippins, Chedworth

Pippins is the perfect example of an excellent project house in the heart of a fine village with views to die for! The house is a superb and spacious dwelling with planning permission which has been granted to transform the exterior of the house and greatly extend and modify the layout of the living space. Situated in middle Chedworth, the views are exceptional, overlooking the valley beyond. The garden is spacious and ideal for kicking around a football or indulging those green fingers!

Chedworth is a thriving Cotswold village with a vibrant community. The village is home to the reputable and high performing St Andrews Church Of England Primary School, and just up the road Chedworth Pre School, a recently renovated gastro pub, The Seven Tuns, which is rapidly growing a superb reputation for excellent dining, and a local farm shop, The Chedworth Farm Shop, which comes in handy for stocking up on wonderful local produce.

Ideally located, Cheltenham is only a short drive away and offers a wealth of culture.
